The loss to the Pats falls on the O coordinator more so than anyone. The running game was very effective against the Patsy's D.. No question about it. The Bears had the right idea of going to the Big Ten to get an O coordinator but oops... U. of IL. Yes Bears choose powerhouse to orchestrate the O. Much of Bears demise (lack of QB) can be blamed on the O coordinator. But... the best offense my friend is a good(great defense).
Pats and Colts were a disgrace today. The Colts gave up almost 400 yards on the ground. I'm not sure I have ever seen that before in the NFL. Colts are done. Pats are showing cracks in the armor. Is San Diego really the best team in the AFC? Something is not right here.
Dallas's defense gave up 540 yards of total offense to the Saints. I think that has to qualify as the worst defensive performance of any team in the NFL this year. I'm sorry, that defense is bad. No way does that defense goes to the superbowl.
Dallas defense was ranked #2 in the NFL I believe. They unfortunately played like absolute shit yesterday for no reason. I think NO used about 5 or 6 offesnive weapons yesterday and just stunned them. I am a big Dallas fan but the last few weeks, even with the 5-1 record, I could see that they were inconsistent and on the verge of a major lapse. I hope this was it and it is out of their system because Philly and NY now have life in the East. That is the only thing that can hurt the Bears now going forward, having a defensive lapse at the wrong time.
LT is definitely the best running back out there, and with Lorenzo Neal setting up blocks for him, he is basically the biggest threat to any defense. Along with his ability to throw a pass here and there. Getting rid of Brees seems to have been a win-win not only for San Diego, but for Brees and the Saints. Both have an excellent chance of getting to the Super Bowl.
