lol. Melting ice is melting ice. It does not indicate a anthropogenic source of the warming that caused it to melt. Temps have increased 1.8 degrees F over the last 100 years. That seems clear. But a 1.8 degree fluctuation is not significant when viewed in the context of temperature fluctuations over the last several million years. You just can't say that something that happened over the last 100 years is divergent from what has been happening for eons. The OP, in my view, is correct. The greater threat is an ice-age.
