So you have to call them so you can be entitled to direct access to each ecn? That's insane. I don't understand why they wouldn't automatically give this to you when you open your account.
Hi guys, I've been with Cybertrader for almost a year now and I have direct access to "BRUT". Why don't you just ask the tech support, they're pretty good about helping customers.
I'm with Cybertrader also. I had to ask to be given direct access to the ecn's. By default, they want you to just use Cyberexchange. Cyberexchange is supposed to find the best available execution.
Yes, I have seen CyberXchange routing to other ECNs occasionally as well, but INET seems to be it's favorite.
