Customer support - GENESIS

  1. Praise be to Jesus, Allah, etc...

    Way to go Genesis!

    Questions:

    1. Are these new server-side stops triggered by trades, or by the bid/ask?

    2. How do you choose the STOP order destination (like ARCA, INET, etc.)?

    3. If the server-side stops only use a specific destination (which would totally suck), which destination do they use?

    4. Are there STOP and STOP LIMIT hotkeys (please say yes)?

well dont know what algorithm they use, but its their auto route. so whatever that uses i think thats how it goes.
for now you cant select the route where to send the order, which is a bummer, but man at least the stops are working.
and i dont know how they are triggered, whether its a trade, or bid/ask.
i guess Alex can answer that or maybe anthony at Genesis.
give them a call, maybe they can shed some light on this.

Thx Janko. The old style of setting stops was definitely better though but at least we have something now.

Brownian - excellent questions. Let us know if you anywhere with them. :D
