Well, recently I have been searching the web and finding bits and pieces of loose information on consumer reporting. I am fairly new to the career and I have an interest in economics and finance for majors in school. I was wondering if anyone had any significant experience or knowledge about these careers. Things like what majors to pursue, job placement percentages, links, where to research jobs, and how likely it is to become one. My interest spurted from reports by some famous consumer reporters like John Stossel, etc. I've searched through career websites and other consumer reporting websites but cannot seem to find anything really groundbreaking. I find dealing with prices, comparing prices, and finding new information about products and services very interesting. Any help at all is appreciated, thanks!
