His comment was a dig at Trumps nonsensical slogan. Life is generally easy in the US, great most of the time if you have a modicum of talent and enough assets to diversify. What people confuse with this 'great' is a few brief surges of easy street, the most notable after WWII when everyone, even mediocre men, had a well paid job because Europe had knocked the crap out of itself and talent, money and work flowed to the US. Remember this? There was not a lot of disagreement either side on this monologue when it came out that I recall. "We not going to Make America Great Again. It was never that great," Cuomo said, prompting some in the audience to laugh and others to gasp. "We have not reached greatness. We will reach greatness when every American is fully engaged," he said. "We will reach greatness when discrimination and stereotyping against women, 51 percent of the population, is gone, and every woman's full potential is realized and unleashed."
Did you actually watch that? Trump took the top line out of context because he is the policy bumper-sticker, reality TV, projecting president.
It's tough for those light skinned blacks. They have to go full ghetto to prove their loyalty to the movement. No doubt she was just in the cotton field just this past weekend. The horror.
Yeah, except they don't know what he really really said until he sees how the ratings are playing and issues a correction. So they can't really take him out of context can they? Remember for Trump, lies are just possible futures, belief in them makes them your reality.
"We have not reached greatness. We will reach greatness when every American is fully engaged Fully engaged in what? Bringing in a million immigrants a year and letting them drive down wages and vote handouts from democrats so they can be fully engaged in Obamaphones? Leftist thinking is just so dumb. I don't mind the idea of helping others. But, I do mind the idea of helping others come here and have a better life yet being blamed for the issues caused by bringing them into the country.
