I was checking the 10-Q of $CUK. I found this statement : can someone help me to understand what does this mean ? what is par value and other stuff. which number shall be included in the EPS calculations ?
Easiest way is just to go to the income statement of the last 8K and look down at the bottom. (below) That's the figure used for all eps calculations. In this case 693 million shares.
