Link it. I need to see the context. Edit* IIRC, it was a post about not giving a damn that an employer chooses certain people based on their abilities, no matter their race. For example, if 100 positions open up, and 100 black people and 100 white people apply for those positions, then you hire the people based on their ability to do said job efficiently. If the 100 black people are more adept at the job, you hire them. If the 100 whites are more adept at doing the job, you hire them. That is not "abolishing" affirmative action, that is just ignoring it. It is using common sense. I do not believe in hiring someone to a company simply because of the color of their skin. If you are a dumb white cracker who picks his ass all day, then I will gladly choose the non-white person who works his ass off. But if the situation is reversed, if the dumb non-white person picks his ass all day and the cracker works hard, then whitey gets the job. Very simple.
