My CTS charts are not showing yesterdays data in the eurex and cbot markets. Absolutely nothing to see in the barcharts and the market profile. I called the helpdesk and they said call back in a few hours when someone will actually be in the office. So, I've got nothing to go on. Anyone else on CTS having these problems? Not impressed...
Tuesday. New day same problem. Doesn't anyone else get up early? I guess they have it fixed while you are all eating breakfast...
