HMA, I'm primarily trading currency futures. How would you rate IB on that score? They say they have 30 people very good with NinjaTrader which is the platform I use. How are they with customer service?
Interactive Brokers has good coverage in futures markets, but they don't cover London metals. They do have private insurance in addition to SPIC. There is no capital introduction opportunity, it is not part of their business. Their commissions and execution are competitive. I am happy with their reporting, but their charting and risk management tools need improvements. I will really appreciate it if anyone can recommend a broker /FCM who is good in those six areas.
