Even if I lose my entire ~$49k, I'll make more than twice that by building and selling one spec house. Assuming the housing market doesn't collapse. It's not the end of the world, but it definitely sucks and was extremely foolish. I didn't realize it was nearing the end of the trading week. I figured I could just close it out manually if it started dropping.
I don't know. I had planned on selling if it opened where I would only lose $10k or less. Everything I read online says it's going down.
Are you or have you ever gone by Kent Calhoun or had any cftc action taken against you? Or do you just share a last name and similar first name with a genuine dirtbag?
