Crude Newbie As the Original Poster and thread owner, I strongly suggest you get in touch with Buy1Sell2 -- as in my opinion, --after reading his Journal on day trading the ES, he has found the Holy Grail, and is the master of trading futures. So hook up with him -- should be a great help. (Review his Lengthy Jornal here in E.T. and you, no doubt will find it helpful.
So I did reach out to Buy1Sell2 okay, I'll put this out there. I am sure I will get a colorful response.. I would love to find a coach/Mentor ... of course I will pay a fee... to guide me along. like I said... I am smart enough to know when I can learn from others.... AND no, I finally give up on the damm ES and NQ... I have lost just as much as I ever made.
ABSOLUTELY IGNORE, that post from Gotcha -- who seems to be a part of the "troll police" -- Not sure that he is a paid policeman for ET but if you check he and others frequently post these worthless comments to those, like yourself, that are really sincerely asking humbly for help. The fact that you have traded the ES, and NQ for years is not a "bad thing" nor does it disqualify you from genuinely seeking some help in a new market. No need to offer payment, I will be happy to "coach" you for free.
Just calling it how I see it. He finally says now that he lost just as much as he made, but he could have started this out in his first post. This entire thread is just a setup though. Come on, asking what trading the CL is like? He has been trading for years and years and is asking how its like trading it? Just look at the damn chart to see. If he has been trading for years, he can see the types of entries he would make and see if it could in any way work. What is someone going to saying? Trading CL is like eating ice creams and watching unicorns go by???
