Crude finally closed the GAP ZONE on friday (see chart).
Katrina downtrend line remains intact.
Fundamentals, above post, suggest the party's over.
Seasonality suggests the same.

 

TRES HERMANAS ?

 

Bounce in Crude today
All within the downtrend
Crude needs to break through that downtrend line to get anything serious going...

 

Want to know about the long-term?
Wait a bit till all those millions of new Chinese drivers start also pulling up to tank at your favorite gas station.

I just keep it on my favorites list to get a quick scan of the commodities market. Their commentary is usually the obvious.

Looking at Bonds and the Dollar now.
Might be within a few months of a turn.
