    I have CRT's right now and they get very hot. The trading room is blazing. Do LCD's generate much heat?

    Much less power consumption. I don't know the figures off the top of my head, but I should think LCDs use less than half the power of CRTs.

    No, LCDs do not generate much heat. It's a huge difference.
