I have a dual monitor setup. When I move application windows around on one of my monitor screens, the colors of the area around the window become dimmer for a reason unknown to me. Also, on my second monitor, sometimes the windows will "warp" around the edges when i bring it in contact with a second window. Does anyone know what the cause of this is? Is it a driver issue? a graphics card issue? I've tried to turn off the monitor around it for interference but that didn't help. There are no flourescent lights around them either. strange... any input may help. thanks.
