Crossed quotes on IB

IB orders routed to Smart/Island are all crossed and don't go thru!

Sucks!

Is there an option on TWS not to go thru Island when it's down?

i think there is an option in tws to prevent the use of specific exchanges. check the config.

 

Quotes are not updating currently on IB.

 

Just spoke with Customer service, they are having "data trouble" with all US stocks...........
