Parents are not going to put up with school board members and administrators who create hit lists of parents & their children who do not support CRT-based education. Arizona parents rip spying school administrator: 'We the parents are the people' Arizona parents call for the resignation of Scottsdale Unified School District president https://www.foxnews.com/media/arizona-parents-spying-school-administrator-ingraham-angle "We the parents are the people and [the Scottsdale school board is] the government," Arizona parent Michelle Dillard declared defiantly Friday on "The Ingraham Angle." Her bold proclamation comes after Scottsdale Unified School District president Jann-Michael Greenburg was outed for allegedly maintaining an online dossier on 47 parents who publicly disagreed with his policies at school board meetings. "We the parents are the people and [the school board is] the government and the Constitution and the laws are there to protect us against the very thing that they're doing and trying to accuse us of doing and potentially wanting to charge us for," Dillard told host Laura Ingraham. "This latest scandal in Scottsdale…is proof…who[m] the label ‘domestic terrorist’ really belongs to. It's not the parents," fellow parent Amy Carney added. Dillard agreed with Ingraham's assertion that "the goal here is to intimidate parents, to scare them, to brand them as something they aren't." Carney said that parents are calling for Greenburg's resignation "because parents…felt threatened. They feel endangered." "And this is not something that the district can just brush to the side," she continued. The Scottsdale dossier reflects a concerning trend nationwide in which school boards and the government at-large weaponize themselves against dissenting parents. Recent reports indicate that the National School Boards Association collaborated with both the Department of Justice and the White House before sending the letter comparing parents to domestic terrorists. "[T]he emails confirm that there is a lot of collaboration going on here, but no one to stand up for the average parent," Ingraham said. "This is like an authoritarian regime; this is something out of Kafka going on in Scottsdale, Arizona. Politicians better pay attention and recall petitions should be undertaken," she concluded.
Every parent/s should receive a school voucher. Because I am a flexible kind of guy, I will accept the model that some of the libs want/wanted for Obamacare whereby there would also be a public option. The parents can then regroup as needed with resources that they control. Or if the school is looking good to them they can choose that option. School administrators could then abuse or support parents as they wish, and the check from the parents to the parents to the school either will or will not be in the mail for next semester. I know that the left wlll want to go full Betsy Devos on this but that is not even remotely on my mind. Lets not forget that at one point even Ted Kennedy came out in full support of full choice but he toned it down later when the dnc made him put a lid on it. Aside from this crt type flap, I think also of our citizens in places such as Chicago whose schools will never improve and whose kids lives are at risk just by going to those schools, so on and so forth. And I think of our citizens in places such as Maine or Montana etc where little kids are heading out for an hour and a half bus ride each way to some consolidated school in another town. So on and so forth. When the left starts talking about school vouchers and school choice as is occuring - but only slightly in places like VA and even NYC due to their efforts to ban exceptionalism- then I be getting very interested. Very. They are not there yet but the school administrators and lefty politicians are hell-bent on self-inflicted wounds, so I will just leave it like this: MORE TO COME.
I am pretty that there will be or already are kid's coloring books in schools to help splain' this to kids and to help them to prepare to get it going in their lives. I can see books such as MOMMY LOVES SHARING. And no reason the libs will not want to get the kids involved early too. Equity and all, you know. That might be a book such as: IF SHE IS OLD ENOUGH TO PEE, SHE IS OLD ENOUGH FOR THEE OR, TOTO, WE MOST DEFINITELY ARE NOT IN MAINE ANYMORE. Can FAMILY TIME WTH FIDO be coming soon? Maybe a booksigning at the Barnes and Noble in Louding County. I let my mom and sister sleep with my husband https://nypost.com/2021/11/12/i-let-my-mom-and-sister-sleep-with-my-husband/
Loudoun County official brands non-partisan concerned parents group 'alt-right' 'I am completely offended,' a Jewish mother told Fox News https://www.foxnews.com/politics/loudoun-county-official-brands-concerned-parents-alt-right Juli Briskman, a member of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, branded a group of concerned parents who mobilized to challenge school board members "alt-right," even though the group includes Black and Jewish parents. The parent organization Fight for Schools recently obtained enough signatures to challenge all the remaining school board members who were in the private Facebook group that launched a campaign against parents who oppose critical race theory in the classroom. Fight for Schools filed the petitions against the school board chair last week. Briskman made her claim in a tweet responding to those petitions. (More at above url)
For years, fox news has been telling us the alt-right isn't about race. What, now black and Jewish parents can't be right wingers?
Not supporting Critical Race Theory being pushed on children in the classroom is not a position limited to right-wingers. There is a huge majority of independent voting parents who do not support Critical Race Theory being used in their school systems -- and yes these parents get upset when idiot politicians and media pundits call them alt-right. It is clear that Democrats need to quickly back away from policies shoving CRT-based education on children in K-12 classrooms -- otherwise they are going to lose badly in local, state & national elections in 2022. Parents are no longer going to put up with this CRT nonsense being used to demean and abuse their children.
The amount of time clock fraud GWB has committed over the years, just to be a repeater for low info propaganda... The guy is actually well fairly well educated but its like he has a brain injury at the same time. Once he has dug into a position he cannot change track no matter what. This is not how engineers are trained to think.
The Stasi GWB craves for: https://www.vice.com/en/article/y3vga5/anti-crt-group-offering-teachers-money-new-hampshire An Anti-CRT Group Is Offering People $500 to Snitch on Teachers “Moms for Liberty” is offering an incentive to anyone who finds a teacher breaking New Hampshire’s new ban on teaching critical race theory. A group opposing the nonexistent problem of critical race theory being taught in K-12 schools is now offering $500 to New Hampshirites who are willing to snitch on teachers. New Hampshire became one of several states this year to explicitly ban concepts that have been labeled “critical race theory,” amid a national panic over curricula following last year’s Black Lives Matter protests. School board meetings have devolved into screaming matches, some communities are going a step further and attempting to ban books, and liberal and conservative pundits alike have credited the recent Republican wave in Virginia to a GOP focus on critical race theory and mask mandates in schools. In New Hampshire, the new regulations—passed as part of the state budget over the summer—provide for teachers found to be teaching “divisive concepts” to appear before the state’s Board of Education for a disciplinary hearing, which could include losing their licenses to teach in public schools. Last week, the state Department of Education launched a new website for parents and students to lodge complaints against educators they believe are violating the new law. The list of violations includes teaching that members of one group are “inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously,” according to the New Hampshire Department of Education—effectively stifling conversations in the classroom about unconscious bias. With that in mind, the Hillsborough, New Hampshire chapter of Moms for Liberty tweeted Friday that it’s willing to pay out a cash reward to anyone who “catches” a public school teacher breaking the new law. “We've got $500 for the person who first successfully catches a public school teacher breaking this law,” the group said. “Students, parents, teachers, school staff... We want to know! We will pledge anonymity if you want.” Moms for Liberty began in Brevard County, Florida, but groups have exploded all over the country during the past year due to the movement’s hard-line opposition to school mask mandates and to critical race theory—a previously obscure academic concept that conservative activists have turned into a new front in the culture wars. Though Moms for Liberty co-founder Tina Descovich has said in interviews that the group is mostly funded by small-dollar donors and denied any connection to the Koch brothers or other conservative funders, the group has received thousands from a conservative Florida PAC and hosted a fundraiser in June with former cable news host Megyn Kelly that raised at least $57,000 from sponsors, Media Matters reported last week. The state’s teachers are not backing down quietly. The New Hampshire affiliate of the American Federation of Teachers, the state’s second-largest teachers’ union, released a statement last week excoriating state education commissioner Frank Edelblut over the new website and calling the new law a “false flag.” “Totally innocent teachers could lose their teaching license over claims that are not backed up by any evidence,” AFT-NH president Deb Howes said in a statement. “Edelblut has declared a war on teachers, a war that the overwhelming majority of N.H. parents will find repulsive.”
