I am a bit out of knowledge on this subject and would like to clear all the misleading norms heard on the street.

Does one need to have a citizenship or a US resident/Green Card/ H1 to work as a Day trader. Can one day trade remotely from another country and still be working with a prop shop.

Would trading from an offshore country from Asia have impact on one's taxes?

How would the taxes work if you are a student and a day trader. Will they remain the same or be less than what others have to pay.

Kindly pass your suggestions only if you have the correct knowledge on this matter.
