  3. You have to understand that Sameeh did not just make an honest mistake. He and his ilk wage global PR jihad to demonize and delegitimize Israel and the Jews.
I just proved who the liar is a_person
I beg your pardon, the only thing you proved was my point (see my last post). There is absolutely nothing in the legislature to criminalize acts of anti-semitism regardless of how it is defined. Your claim that "any criticism of Jews or Israel" will be verboten and will land you in jail has been proven to be a complete and baseless fabrication.

So does that mean that you see a clear distinction between Anti Israeli and Anti Semitic a_person??
Sure I do. But I also see a lot of anti-semitic idiots masquerading as anti-zionists or anti-Israeli policies.

Also, do you consider your racist attacks on Arabs (Semites) as Anti Semitic?
No, not really, anti-semitism is the hatred of jews, not arabs and not semites.

  4. Let me ask you a question a_person, why did you accuse me of lying while you were the one who lied and falsified information?

    Also, how would you explain the following parts of the act, which I retrieved from the "US Department Of State"? Please read below;

"For the purposes of this report, anti-Semitism is considered to be hatred toward Jews—individually and as a group—that can be attributed to the Jewish religion and/or ethnicity. An important issue is the distinction between legitimate criticism of policies and practices of the State of Israel, and commentary that assumes an anti-Semitic character. The demonization of Israel, or vilification of Israeli leaders, sometimes through comparisons with Nazi leaders,[/size] and through the use of Nazi symbols to caricature them, indicates an anti-Semitic bias rather than a valid criticism of policy concerning a controversial issue.

Global anti-Semitism in recent years has had four main sources:

    - Traditional anti-Jewish prejudice that has pervaded Europe and some countries in other parts of the world for centuries. This includes ultra-nationalists and others who assert that the Jewish community controls governments, the media, international business, and the financial world.
    - Strong anti-Israel sentiment that crosses the line between objective criticism of Israeli policies and anti-Semitism.
    - Anti-Jewish sentiment expressed by some in Europe's growing Muslim population, based on longstanding antipathy toward both Israel and Jews, as well as Muslim opposition to developments in Israel and the occupied territories, and more recently in Iraq.
    - Criticism of both the United States and globalization that spills over to Israel, and to Jews in general who are identified with both.

Question is, how far did you think you were going to go with your lie a_person?

The other question, why wouldn't you consider the following as Anti Semitism?

  6. Are you totally deranged?

You said in your original post: "it will become a crime for any American to tell the truth about Israel's treatment of Palestinians..."

The legislature says "Anti -Semitism has at times taken the form of vilification of Zionism"

And of course there is no criminal prosecution associated with anti-semitism in either legislature.

I devoted more time to read the Act. Indeed it says that villification of Zionism is a form of anti-Semitism, which concerns me because I dislike Zionism and do not consider myself anti-anynation.

I perceive Zionism a bad / evil ideology. At the same time I have neutral attitude to Jews. No hate, no love, compassion for Holocaust, adoring of Woody Allen. Just simple stuff like this.

    Questions:

    1. I called Zionism an evil ideology and posted link to Wikipedia where Zionist terrorist attacks are listed. Can it be treated by US authorities as my being anti-Semitic?

    2. The Act says: ''Office to Monitor and Combat Anti -Semitism''. Do you guys have idea of how US intend to combat anti-Semitism as defined in the Act?

I must defend a_person on this. The link he posted was the version which included point 10. about Zionism.

I failed to read the Act thoroughly.
