Trump’s #MeToo Accusers Say His Trial Is Bringing Back Bad Memories
    https://www.thedailybeast.com/trumps-metoo-accusers-say-his-trial-is-bringing-back-bad-memories

Several women who have accused Donald Trump of sexual harassment and assault told The Washington Post over the weekend that the former president’s New York City trial—in which Trump’s alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels has taken center stage—has brought up unpleasant memories.

The informal group of accusers communicates semi-regularly with each other, the Post reported, sharing their concerns that they may never be able to escape the now-ubiquitous cultural figure. Daniels’ testimony last week supercharged those feelings, and many of the women found themselves remembering similar moments with Trump.

“We’ve been emailing each other, saying ‘Oh my God, she feels similar to how many of us felt,’” said Natasha Stoynoff.

An attorney for Trump called the claims “false and defamatory” and cautioned the Post not to run its story about the women—blaming a recent gag order handed down by the Manhattan judge in Trump’s case as the reason he could not speak further about the allegations. “The gag order is so overbroad and illegal that it prohibits President Trump from causing us, as his attorneys, from addressing the central tenant of your ‘story,’” Blanche told the newspaper.

'Convicted liar': Cohen claims he often lied and bullied people for Trump in trial testimony

    Michael-Cohen-Hush-Money-Criminal-Trial.png

Former lawyer Michael Cohen testified Monday that he would often lie to others for former President Donald Trump because it "was needed in order to accomplish the task."

The former lawyer also said he would also often bull people because "the only thing on my mind was to accomplish the task, to keep him happy," Cohen said, referring to Trump.

Cohen, who noted that he called Trump "boss" or "Mr. Trump" during his time working for the organization said that he enjoyed his time working for Trump, saying that the organization "was fantastic... working for him of those 10 years was an amazing experience... there were great times, there were less than great times, but for the most part, I enjoyed the responsibilities given to me."

The former Trump lawyer added that Trump also liked to be frequently informed on tasks Cohen was carrying out, especially if that matter was troubling for Trump.

Relationship between Trump and the two women he paid to be silent to increase his chances of winning the 2016 U.S. Presidential Elections while at the same time using the National Enquirer to plant negative stories about his political opponent...

Now today one of the women is fighting back in the Hush Money criminal trial against Trump...

It reminded me of a movie scene in Atomic Blonde.

Cohen testifies that Trump said: “Don’t worry. I’m the president of the United States. There’s nothing here. Everything’s going to be OK. Stay tough. You’re going to be OK.” He says it was the last time they spoke.
