This is part of the SEC investigation - it's routine and part of the process to do these things when the SEC brings a suit. For those that live this business, this is not news.
Of course it' s not news, the strange thing about it is, that criminal charges are brought op before SEC civil claims...question is : WHY NOW ?
No, there is nothing strange thing about this. The SEC filed a civil suit, the AG automatically looks to see if there is a criminal aspect. Nothing to see here - move along.
