I would say I am noticing an increase in size in the biceps and thighs at this point. I am also noticing a bit of hair loss that seems to coincide with starting the creatine.

I have increased my weight by 4 lbs. I am guessing that is somewhat due to water retention with the creatine. Also have increased bench by a few pounds and reps by 1 -3 for each set. Doing more reps on my weighted pushups and pullups also.

Just an update, I did see gains in weight lifted and ability to kick out reps. I also had a noticeable increase in definition in the arms and legs. A negative would be I experienced the hair loss, not horrible but enough to be noticeable to me, and the shower drain. I have been off for about a month now, and not sure if I am going back on at this point. I had an emergency surgery last weekend, and can't lift for a few weeks at least. This maybe a reason to go back on.

  4. I hope all went well. So do you plan on taking CM again indefinitely or for an indeterminate period?

I read online about possible hair loss, as well as disputes to the claim. I don't recall any noticeable hair loss when I had taken it some time ago, but I suppose it can vary from person to person. With this in mind, and if you are indeed susceptible to hair loss attributed to creatine, would you still take it? (If so, then damn! That's commitment. :D )

I definitely experienced some hair loss/thinning. I also have that as part of my gene pool also, and I think from what I saw that was a link to having it occur while taking it.
At the moment I am not sure if I am going to cycle back on, or just let it go. I did get cleared today to lift and mow the lawn(yippee), but if there is any pain to stop right away. I tried working out at reduced levels, and the only problem I had was with a bench press. I had to stop after one, as I felt a pretty good pain and the feeling that something might tear if I went further.
