    Hard to say for sure this soon. I've been taking it for 9 days at this point. I think I have noticed the reps coming easier, but that maybe in my head this early.

  3. It’s taken six months but I was able to bench rep 225 x 15(18 with a spot) 205 x 20 and 185 x 25 on Sunday. No singles yet. In Feb I was fighting 135lb. Took four years off.

    I switched to taking it around noon, just after lunch, and I notice within about 2 hours I have a flush feeling and feel overall like my temperature has gone up. I am guessing that is what was waking me up at night.

  8. How much water do you drink? I had the flushing and a few allergic reactions long ago(30+ years ago, I quit for years taking it.) thought it was bad or unpure.

    I mix it in a coffee cup with water, and I am drinking water all day long. And pissing all day long. The flushing isn't terrible, just noticeable. When I was on Niacin originally for cholesterol, the flushing was much worse.

    Wise move, there's no need for singles after a certain age.
