crazy christians: make the Church "the dominant influence in America"

  1. Like the poster Spiker say, the thread title say "make the church the dominant influence in America"
    You have the separation of church and state in the USA. You have your constitution to protect FREEDOM. You have want religious people to make laws for you to obey. You want to be Iran?

  2. No, religious people can't make laws. Only God makes laws and he only gave us 10 of them. How many millions of laws does the US government have for you?

    And the great thing is...with Christianity, if you break the law, you have Christ who already paid the fine and served the sentence for you.

  6. So you see this country for its first 150 or so years as basically being no different from Iran or taliban-run Afghanistan?

    That's just ridiculous. This country has been a constitutionally secular nation under law for all of those 150 years and the rest.
    Simply because some christians want to think christianity is the be all and end all of everything does not make it so.
