Which anti-Semitic rants are those? I am not a Zionist, and of course Zionists love to claim than anyone not enamored of Zionism is an anti-Semite. (That's about the only argument for Zionism they have.) I do not favor white nationalism but God help me if I don't back Jewish nationalism! Sending millions of European and American Jews to the Middle East to take land from people who had lived there for centuries was never on my agenda. But I am willing to accept the State of Israel as a fait accompli, provided that

    1. I don't have to subsidize it with my tax dollars. Advocates of Zionism are free to send their own money.

    2. We don't send Americans to fight their wars. Advocates of Middle Eastern wars are free to join the IDF.

My opposition to AIPAC is because AIPAC insists upon both (1) and (2). There are many Jews who oppose Zionism. I guess they're anti-Semitic too. It's amusing to see the self declared anti-racists show so little concern about the Palestinians having their orchards bulldozed by American provided military bulldozers.

  4. Nonsense. Your rants are the same kind of propaganda that the nazis used. You might as well try to argue that your farts smell good.

Do assmonkeys like that waste of protein even know that Christmas is celebrated in the Harry Potter books? JK Rowling is no more a Satanist than that know-nothing "exorcist" is. And did we really have to be told his favorite movie is "The Exorcist"? LOL! A real Christian would have chosen something about Jesus Christ, no surprise that one of the sadistic branch of Christendom would choose a "religious" horror film. I'll bet his second favorite film is "The Omen". :D

There is nothing nonsensical in pointing out the power of the AIPAC lobby. The NRA can only wish they had that kind of clout.

But those of us who do are called anti-Semites, or, of course, Nazis. That's the only defense the Zionists have -- call their opponents nasty names.

Now I'm waiting for Freethinker to jump in and take the side of people who claim title to real estate based on the sayings of a magic man in a 3000 year old book.

  8. Well.... to tell you the truth, i was impressed that someone could read a few passages and be enlightened in the way you say you were. I have only one thing to say..... you must be a very smart guy.

As for status, you are right once again, there are many many levels to the steps of knowledge and understanding. It could take years if not decades to acquire even the basics of an intense subject like religion, and i am just a high school student, not poking fun at all, i might add. The pilot of a single engined aircraft could find it challenging to navigate something like a loaded Air Force One,

How will i perceive what state you are in now , and my frame of knowledge and reference ? I was hoping i could ask Jem for assistance. He is another of the ET contributors who is handsomely rich with knowledge of religion. I have much respect for his writings here. He is not half-baked.

  9. Ok let's keep trying. You quoted Bertrand Russell on Why He Is Not A Christrian. I replied with the following (another Bertrand Russell quote):

"Very true that he is not a Christian, a true Christian would probably never say:

"I do not pretend that birth control is the only way in which population can be kept from increasing... War... has hitherto been dissappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more effective. If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in every generation survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full... The state of affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of that? Really high-minded people are indifferent to happiness, especially other people's...There are three ways of securing a society that shall be stable as regards population. The first is that of birth control, the second that of infanticide or really destructive wars, and the third that of general misery except for a powerful minority...

War has been throughout history, the chief source of social cohesion by providing an external necessity for a society to accept political rule."

--The Impact of Science on Society. (what I didn't specifically include is that Bertrand Russel wrote this book, does that help?)"

**So what specifically are you not sure about?** How about trying to quote the part you are confused about and then asking a question like you are here to participate in a real conversation? One based on the fact that you don't know everything and neither do I, one based on mutual respect. There is a LOT of knowledge in this world and neither of us will read and understand ALL of it in our lifetime, so it's no big deal to be wrong about some things. I made a joke about you being "FreePropagandist" because you don't do this exact thing. You ignore avoid and generally aren't intellectually honest. I can't change that, but you can. I can't change the definition of intellectual honesty, but you can change your behaviour to match it brother!

In short, the point is everything you've said so far is based on a tunnel vision perspective of things.

  10. Glad to be wrong about poking fun, sorry for jumping the gun. I read more than a few passages, it took a long time and a lot of thinking and reading related stuff and other conversations. I think outside the box a little but I'm certainly not that smart, no genius. I don't see why anyone couldn't gain as much as I have from it. It's just a matter of looking at contradictory info and figuring stuff out. I don't know everything, but I know more now than I did before.
