Property tax for that property was $7,128 for 2010. For 2009 it was $6,989. For 2008 it was $6,765. So it looks like they raise taxes about 2.5% per year. I would hate to see how much they raise it when the economy is good! $299k is too much for that house. The house directly across the street is worth $97k. Looks like its about the same size too.
