Crammer is nuts.

Everytime a corporation fucks up Feds will come and buy it? Guess what all the corporations will start screwing up sooner than later and nobody but Uncle sam would be a owner of a worthless shell.

 

Cramer was lamenting that the Fed governors aren't democratically elected.

That's the "new economy"... winners are capitalized, losers are socialized.

 

Would it work? Probably.

But of course, it would be just another form of "monetizing the bad debts".... in other words, a tax payer bailout of greed run amok.
