Jim Cramer made his long-awaited buy-the-war call this morning. Despite his near perfect record the last few months as a contrary indicator, he is very right so far. Personally, I don't see what's so bullish about going to war. Everyone assumes this will be a cakewalk, and probably it will be, but a lot can happen and most of it would be negative.
what's bullish might be the buy the rumor sell the news concept (in reverse). i'll never forget the market of the past few months. choppy, jittery, tense, nowhere.
as you know, it's not important what we think -- it's what the market thinks! ... the market has spoken.
A few days of strength...then the reality of the economy will set it. Especially as more companies warn about their awful 1st quarter and the war news dies down.
He makes multiples calls multiple times a day on multiple subjects. The proof is in the pudding, how's his "Action Alert Plus" Portfolio doing?
