Yes but SearchTempest does everything that both of those sites will do and then searches ebay and amazon as well. Of all the ones I have used, searchtempest is hands down the best.
Its easy to spot a scam on craigslist. They might send a bad check for $200 over what you asked for. Then they'll ask you to send them the difference before it 'clears'. Just don't give them any money.
