CQG's trade platform

Discussion in 'Trading Software' started by r-in, Apr 13, 2005.

  1. Yshterk, thanks for the info!

    A few questions please:

    What is an OPO order?

    When do you plan to connect to the Asian exchanges: SGX, HKFE, KSE/KOFEX, OSAKA, SFE (Sydney), etc.

    Are there any plans to convert CQGTrader to a multi-asset platform by allowing users to trade equities in ADDITION to futures through the platform?? If so, that would be wonderful!

    Thank you.

  2. Any current users of CQGtrader care to share their experiences.

    Will CQGTrader have access to the mini NYMEX contracts once they migrate form Globex to NYMEX Clearport?

    What exchanges are currently connected to CQGTrader

    Yes, CQG was certified by NYMEX to provide ability to route orders to them once the mini contracts migrate from Globex to the Clearport. We are also currently in works to certify ability to deliver orders to NYMEX's access platform (will be available to traders using CQGTrader in the next couple of month).

    A few more quick questions;

    When will CQG connect to the Asian exchanges - HKFE, SGX, SFE, KSE/KOFEX/

    Any plans for cash equities?

    I am hearing you will have spot FX (via EBS) b year end. Is that true?

    Many Thanks again.

    We currently have a product in Alpha that exposes API to extract the Real Time data (including DOM) from all exchanges provided by CQG. Also API can be used to receive the trading data (orders with order status updates), positions (with real time OTE calculation) and account information.
    We also plan to offer API to receive historical data including bars, study values, conditions you configure in your CQG, etc.

    Hope it helps.
