Hello all, wondering if anybody's had this issue. I'm using the CQG Trader in Windows 7 and when looking at the front month Eurodollar (GE/EDA) futures in H I can't get CQG to display the tick values correctly. That is it only shows the 0.005 and not the 0.0025 prices. If a bid or offer comes in at those 0.0025 prices it just shows up in the .005 tick. This is during an open market not in the premarket. I have reinstalled CQG, installed the latest version, checked on another computer, all to no avail. I have called CQG and they are working on it but didn't see any problems on their side but are supposed to call me back today. I just wanted to know if anybody else has had this issue, thanks.
