  1. USD Consumer Price Index (YoY) (MAR) Expectations 2.6%
EUR Euro-Zone Consumer Price Index (YoY) (MAR) Expectations 2.6

  2. Is the European CPI as manipulated as the US CPI ?
There is shadowstats in the US, is there any study on the accuracy of EZ CPI ? I know Capital Economics has done some study on the UK inflation , and concluded it was much higher than the official numbers . I 'd like to know if the same can be said in the Euro zone.

  3. Anyone can claim anything. Why should one give more weight to one claim over another?

  4. Basically prices doubled on everything at least since the Euro was launched.

Which isn't all that bad really, given how many commodities have risen maybe 500% over the same period in time.
