Has anyone been experiencing problems with Cox internet service during the past week and a half? My connection drops about 5 times a day now. I had support out to the house twice already, but I still have problems. They say it's my Modem and now they want me to rent one from them. What bugs me is they did a firmware upgrade a week and a half ago and now Toshiba modems can't connect using USB, you have to connect using ethernet. But even with the ethernet connection, the network is unstable since the upgrade.
