I watched that football game live on TV between Notre Dame #4 vs. Clemson #1. Notre Dame students yanked down their face masks and then stormed the football field in celebrations... Same students that demanded their Chancellor or President to resign after being seen without a face mask at the now infamous rose garden event to announce the next supreme court justice. He would soon later test positive for Covid-19. Crazy...so much hypocrisy during a Pandemic health crisis. Actually, very sad. One of my best friends from college saw her son on TV without wearing his face mask at that football game. He's a freshman at Notre Dame. She then sent him a text message to inform him to not return home for 2 - 3 weeks (quarantine measures) and he must bring back proof of a recent blood test at the end of that quarantine measure that he's negative for Covid-19. Simply, until then...house is off limits to him because she's immune system compromise...as in no Thanksgiving for him. Turkey dinner for him in the dorm cafeteria. wrbtrader
The students endangered the players and staff becaus the players and staff are heavily tested and then you have like 1000 students storming and gathering while the players were on the field still. Cops shoudl have surrounded the stadium field and noone is allowed to leave without ID being shown and recorded. Any ND student penalized Any ND Alum loses tickets but no uni has hte balls. I saw the interview with the chancellor of ND and was not even bothered by it, said they had to let them on and just were concerned about players yada yada yada.... like you could not make a pre game announcemtn that anyone storming the field would be expelled? ANyone storming the field would lose their tickets and be banned? It is a lot of hypocrisy and too many pussies in power at those places. NBA lost hundreds of billions because of fan ticket revenue loss during the bubble and ND has thousands of idiots do that...
Here's another Covididiot... ------- Ben Carson is the latest Trump official to test positive for coronavirus (CNN)Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson tested positive for coronavirus Monday morning, his deputy chief of staff Coalter Baker confirmed to CNN. "Secretary Carson has tested positive for the coronavirus. He is in good spirits and feels fortunate to have access to effective therapeutics which aid and markedly speed his recovery," Baker said in a statement. An aide added that Carson, 69, tested positive Monday morning at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center after experiencing symptoms. He is no longer at the hospital. Carson's chief of staff Andrew Hughes disclosed the secretary's positive diagnosis in an all-staff letter, writing: "He is resting at his house and is already beginning to feel better." Hughes also said staff would be notified if they'd been in contact with Carson and that "all precautions are being taken. Carson attended the election night party where White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and nearly every other attendee was not wearing a mask. Meadows and four others in Trump's orbit subsequently tested positive last week. Carson, a retired neurosurgeon and a member of the White House coronavirus task force, was spotted maskless at several Trump campaign events in the lead up to Election Day, including a Trump campaign rally in Waterford Township, Michigan, on October 30. Carson's diagnosis was first reported by ABC News. Social media posts by Carson and Trump supporters indicate that the Housing secretary was traveling to campaign for the President in the southeast before Election Day. Black Voices for Trump posts indicate that Carson and his wife, Candy, traveled to events in Florida and Georgia ahead of the election. Masks went largely unworn during the events. And the Carsons were photographed without masks, posing shoulder-to-shoulder with supporters. And a Facebook post from the Carsons on November 1 states: "Over the past few days we have attended many political events in our personal capacities." The new set of positive coronavirus diagnoses within the President's orbit comes a month after Trump's own bout with the disease. After Meadows and four other staffers tested positive last week, Trump campaign staffers told CNN they were furious that the campaign never informed them about positive cases among staff. Meadows had been in the office multiple times that week without a mask. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the risk of severe illness from Covid-19 increases as individuals get older, and that 8-in-10 coronavirus-related deaths reported in the US has been among adults aged 65 and older. Men are also more likely than women to suffer severe illness or die from coronavirus, according to the CDC. https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/09/politics/ben-carson-coronavirus/index.html wrbtrader
The majority of people who get Covid will not die just like the majority of people who get the flu or pneumonia, ect
This also is a racist post. Do you think only black people get covid? Why did you post this? Because he is black? Do you post when a white person gets covid?
Relax...its just copy / paste from CNN news article... Here's something similar from Fox news (article below) if it makes you feel better. Reality, he's not the one that should be concern...its his wife that has underlying medical conditions...two people that should have known better when they decided to not wear face masks at the WhiteHouse election party and prior at Trump's rallies. This qualifies them as Covididiots. ------- HUD Secretary Ben Carson tests positive for coronavirus Carson, 69, has served as HUD secretary since 2017 Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson has tested positive for coronavirus, Fox News has confirmed. “Secretary Carson has tested positive for the coronavirus. He is in good spirits and feels fortunate to have access to effective therapeutics which aid and markedly speed his recovery,” said HUD deputy chief of staff Coalter Baker. Carson's diagnosis comes several weeks after other members of the Trump administration, including President Trump himself, tested positive for COVID-19. White House chief of staff Mark Meadows also recently tested positive. Carson attended an election watch party at the White House on Tuesday night and, days later, tested positive for the virus on Monday morning. Carson, 69, has served as HUD Secretary since 2017. Azar said he wore a mask and was not close to Carson at the election night gathering. Both well wishes and criticism flooded social media after news that Carson tested positive. "Well wishes to Secretary Carson," Fox News contributor Sara Carter wrote on Twitter on Monday. Others weren't so kind. "Ben Carson has the Coronavirus. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to know you should wear a mask," comedy writer Nick Jack Pappas wrote on Twitter. Before entering politics, Carson was a worldwide renowned neurosurgeon, having performed the first successful separation of conjoined twins in 1987. The operation lasted nearly 24 hours and involved a team of 70 surgeons. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/hud-secretary-ben-carson-tests-positive-coronavirus wrbtrader
Trump's failed policies have already deliberately killed over 230,000 Americans. Blacks have been more adversely impacted by COVID than other races. Why don't you go ask Herman Cain's family what they think of Trump's COVID policies.
