It's amusing to see Steve Kirsch trying to claim this prosecution of Kirk Moore -- who sold fake vaccine cards in Utah -- will force the feds to turn over all sorts of vaccination information to "prove" his anti-vax nonsense. Information in reality which does not exist since everything Steve Kirsch pushes is fabricated bullshiat. Let's take a look at the reality for this criminal, Kirk Moore.

Utah plastic surgeon sold fake COVID vaccine cards for $97,000: feds
    https://nypost.com/2023/01/21/utah-plastic-surgeon-sold-fake-vax-cards-for-cash-feds/

A Utah plastic surgeon took bribes from anti-vax parents to dole out fake COVID-19 jabs while destroying tens of thousands of dollars worth of real medicine, prosecutors allege.

Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr. allegedly injected some children with saline shots before sending them off with fake vaccination cards, Utah’s US State Attorney’s Office said.

Moore was indicted by a grand jury last week, along with two of his staffers and a neighbor who allegedly helped him carry out the plot.

“By allegedly falsifying vaccine cards and administering saline shots to children instead of COVID-19 vaccines, not only did this provider endanger the health and well-being of a vulnerable population, but also undermined public trust and the integrity of federal health care programs,” Curt L. Muller of the Department of Health and Human Services said in a statement.

The foursome allegedly used Moore’s Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah Inc. office to run the scheme after Moore was authorized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to give out vaccinations.

In total, at least 1,900 doses’ worth of fake completed vaccination records were distributed for a profit of nearly $97,000.

According to an indictment obtained by The Post, Moore — a board-certified surgeon — and his neighbor Kristin Jackson Andersen are members of a secret organization that seeks to “‘liberate’ the medical profession from government and industry conflicts of interest.”

To carry out that goal, the pair teamed up with office manager Kari Dee Burgoyne and receptionist Sandra Flores to pour $28,000 worth of Covid-19 vaccinations down the drain with syringes, prosecutors allege.

The con artists allegedly crafted fake vaccination cards that they sold for $50 per person or for required “‘donations’ to a specified charitable organization.”

“Defendants also administered saline shots to minors — at the request of their parents — so children would think they were receiving a COVID-19 vaccine,” prosecutors said.

The team, as well as the medical office, was charged with conspiracy to defraud the US; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.

Fake vaccination cards/IDs/papers had become very popular...so popular that it soon spread to celebrities and professional athletes. A lot of Doctors part of the anti-vaxxers were giving out the fake vaccination info for big dollars and then not reporting the income to the IRS as in it was money under the table...
    • I expect soon we're going to hear about them again for tax violation too.
Here's the problem, after these people received their fake vaccination info, they will then lie on social media or to their doctors/family that they were vaccinated...strengthening the lie.

Remember the Aaron Rodgers story (lie) that he was vaccinated and then he became infected with Covid but for a few days pretended the vaccines did not work until the Packers team doctors said..."bullshit...we did not give you a Covid vaccine". He quickly changed his story to being vaccinated by alternative holistic medicine and that he didn't believe in the mRNA vaccines but only after he was caught in a LIE about being vaccinated with the mRNA vaccine. :D

The reality is that he was never vaccinated. Now imagine he had been severely ill, hospitalized, or died. He would have been another headline story for anti-vaxxers that the Covid vaccines do not work.

It would have been reported to VAERS as another adverse vaccine effect and the anti-vaxxers would have been posting that vaccines injured/killed another person regardless about the fact that their bullshit misinformation/disinformation wasn't enough to change the VAERS statistic...
    • 0.0025% to 0.0028% after hundreds of millions of vaccination doses had an adverse vaccine effect.
The story about Aaron Rodgers is not unique. Some people had heart attacks, cancers, strokes, miscarriages et cetera, and their vaccination story was put out on social media prior to their severe illness or hospitalization...they had fake vaccination cards/IDs/papers that they were vaccinated.

Regardless, the Pandemic is nearing its end. Soon, at the end of this month...many countries will no longer give out free testing and free vaccination. People will soon need to pay for it as it should be when there's no longer a Pandemic...no longer a global health crisis.

Long overdue. Several years too late.

Ohio Doc Who Claimed COVID Jab Makes People ‘Magnetic’ Faces Suspension

After years of spewing COVID-19 disinformation, one Ohio doctor may be about to find out her actions have consequences. Regulators with the State Medical Board of Ohio are considering suspending the license of Sherri Tenpenny, who drew national headlines after claiming in the Ohio statehouse in June, 2021, that the COVID-19 jab made recipients “magnetized” and created an “interface” with 5G cell towers. Tenpenny’s claims quickly made her a well-known figure in the right-wing conspiracy-verse, but she also came under state investigation five weeks after her bonkers testimony. Tenpenny’s potential suspension comes because she refused to cooperate with the investigation, a move she claimed was prompted by her anti-vax views. The state has not made a comment on the investigation.

the industry paid for 6,550 clinical trials, while the NIH funded 1,048 clinical trials; several years later that disparity has only grown wider. A 2021 study combed through numerous databases, bibliographies, expert recommendations and web alerts and identified 19 industry strategies across 8 industries for influencing outcomes in science. The pharmaceutical industry uses 16 of them including controlling the design, analysis and funding of peer reviewed studies published in journals, publishing the same study multiple times under different authors to create the illusion of multiple studies, concealing industry involvement in studies, scientific messaging and policy reforms and even threatening litigation against researchers who attempt to publish results unfavorable to the pharmaceutical industry’s products. Even as far back as 1994 it was observed that industry trials rarely produced results unfavorable to their products.

A review of 56 industry sponsored trials of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs produced zero results unfavorable to the drugs. A decade later, a systematic review of 30 different studies which compared the difference in outcomes between industry sponsored trials and independently funded trials found that the former were 4x more likely to have outcomes favorable to the sponsor than independently funded studies. Of the 16 studies that were clinical trials or meta-analyses 13 produced outcomes favorable to the sponsor. This is possible not only by controlling the trial design but also the terms of reference i.e. asking the right questions but controlling the design is just as crucial. By controlling the design Pharma companies can trial their product against a known inferior treatment, trial their product against a below threshold dose of a competitor’s product, use multiple clinical endpoints and select the ones that create favorable results for publication, use multicenter trials and select favorable centers for publication and/or analyze results in a way that makes them appear more favorable to the product such as conflating absolute risk reduction and relative risk reduction (for the vaxx).
