That very same day, Manning informed his friends that "Wayne Feed and Seed has some liquid and past Ivermectin get it while supplies last." Some conservatives recently have promoted taking horse deworming medicine that contains ivermectin, even though it was not designed to treat the deadly virus. When someone asked Manning in the comments if he needed to be dewormed, Manning replied, "don't care as long as it works." In fact, the Center for Disease Control has advised people to not take horse deworming medicine that happens to contain ivermectin, as such medicines are designed for animals that weigh several times what the typical human weights.

Monoclonal Antibody treatments are now free under the Biden Administration and DeSantis has a health crisis that he put his state into. The last thing he wants to do is promote a drug that does not have FDA approval to treat Covid because it will, I believe, open him up for lawsuits if something goes wrong for the patient when North American's know we already have approved and proven therapeutic drug treatments that are having a lot of success in treating Covid illnesses. Regardless, of any liability... it's just bad press for a Politician to not promote the approved antiviral therapeutic treatments when his/her state is hurting from the surging Delta Variant hospitalizations. Panama locked down from December 18th to January 4th, it fully locked down 24 hours per day from December 23rd to 28th and from January 1st to 4th. This was followed by two weeks of lockdown from January 4 to 14. Of course this was followed by restrictions per region that lasted till today. Ivermectin had nothing to do with Covid reduction in Panama -- it was all brought about by lockdowns and restrictions.
