The percentage went up for the UK variant. Might be a small percentage but young people are proven super spreaders in areas with good contact tracing.
What good is grandma's life if she loses (you gotta fight!) her right (for your right) to PARRR TAY!?
educate the people and isolate grandmas from people who go out and about... It has worked in the nursing homes I knew for about a year.
I think anyone who dies now it's a tragedy Covid will be under control imo within a couple of months almost everywhere.
Ok well maybe you can catch it outdoors but if you're young you probably won't go to the hospital but if you do go to the hospital you probably won't die but if you do die it's because you probably didn't take care of yourself but if you did take care of yourself 580k deaths is probably not that many but if 580k is that many than probably there's nothing anyone could have done anyway! Freedum!
Remember the wording many of the articles and experts have been using... very minimal risk because of the lack of evidence doing normal activities... The exceptions have included standing within 6 feet of an infectious person on who is drinking and singing or screaming. Also note for the study to be a good one... it would have to use contact tracing and make sure it was not spread during travel or in a hotel or indoors.
right... it was more "practical" to lockdown society instead of educating the high risk and protecting them better. Remember there is no data showing the vast majority of lockdowns achieved and real savings of harm... because when we re opened we had second and sometimes third waves.
