Yes, lets set the record straight. At what age is COVID more deadly? And you can't just look at death when you look at Polio. The prevalence for spending your whole life crippled is a BIG DEAL.

    Again, for what age?

So now we're talking about 1918 flu and not polio?

If COVID was like Ebola, you would have an argument. It isn't, so you don't.

Why does age matter? Is sacrificing old people and people with pre-existing medical conditions perfectly acceptable in your world?

I keep hearing COVID deniers claim that long-haul COVID conditions that people may carry for life don't matter --- only the deaths matter. Why do the long-term conditions count for Polio but are not important for COVID?

It totally matters. If you have a virus that preys on the old and infirm, then you protect the old and infirm. Everyone else goes on with their life. Just like we do with the flu and cold viruses and pneumonia and...

Please compare the long term effects of COVID with the long term effects of Polio and show us the frequency, side by side. I mean, you must have data that shows a similar risk, because you're comparing the viruses as if they are similar in risk.
