Yes I find it fascinating, I have started developing an infrared thermal camera system idea to allow me to do more accurate edge hardening (periscope directly inside the forge) and an electromagnet to determine the state of the steel's crystalline structure. The old trick is to see when a normal magnet won't stick but this is more accurate. Always some idea to try out. Yep I enjoyed Downsizing and she was amazing. I have always admired the resilliant attitude an actually tough life brings vs the cream puff whining of most who don't have a clue how insulated they have been from it all. A setback or inconvenience = "destroyed life", well it ain't over till its over. Lately I have not seen anything great movie wise, I only sleep 5 hours most nights normally so long ago watched near everything but if you have not seen "The man from Earth" its a must see. Very low budget but great writing, more of a play.
Very good, but you also need an ionophore to help Zinc to cross the cell barrier. So at least start to drink green tea (EGCG).
You'll be fine, Cap'n. Take the zinc, take your C (airborne gummies three times a day) and you should be taking vit D (your D level should be above 40 or so anyway for good health). These are great smoothies and taste good, too. They have C and Zinc. Put some psyllium husk in there to keep you regular (us old wolves have to have some spring in our step).
My supplements, which I have been taking for several years are, Magnesium Zinc Copper Vitamin D Vitamin B6 and B12 Boran Organic Chlorella And I get my C from a smoothie mix of blueberries, watermelon, and some Orange juice.
You might check your dose on the copper there boss, copper toxicity has been linked to the explosion in dementia in recent years. I don't fully recall the details and it is not conclusive I'm sure but.. I would check it out. Edit here is something on it. https://www.healthline.com/health-news/aging-does-copper-cause-or-protect-against-alzheimers-081913#:~:text=Copper May Worsen Alzheimer's Risk&text=They found that copper accumulated, the brains of Alzheimer's patients. While it might be protective at one dose it could flip to harmful over a certain level.
add a baby aspirin to your regimen if you don't have clotting issues. People have been dropping dead from covid linked strokes.
I did not know that so thanks for the info. I don't take much, but I'll keep it in mind for future doses
I take the blood thinner xarelto for my Afib which is currently controlled with another drug sotalol. Thanks for the suggestion though.
