Japanese people have average personal income several times bigger than Russians, plus different level of medicine, plus seafood culture, etc… but it does not matter, the real reason is mask. Several days after this plea video Royzman was seen on book exhibition in Moscow and without any mask, talking to people without distance and this fact happened several months before the first vaccine was available. ***By the way, its very strange that you used my first name when I've only used "wrbtrader" here at the forum except for several years before 2018. So information that I have is first hand info, not something from TV or internet. All this info cries about artificial panic around ordinary flu-type virus. But, I cannot prove it. It is just words for third party person. But photos of VIPs ignoring the covid risk is another deal, it’s fact and this fact should be explained. Or ignored. **** With the above stated...the only person that can answer your questions about Russia would be you if you hang out with politics, celebrities, big businessman in Russia...you can then explain if they truly have normal lifestyle during this Pandemic an if they're receiving VIP treatment that no one else in Russia has access too. Not medical, not virologs, but educated enough to get the trues about virus. Also, he lives outside of Moscow and knows most VIPs of his city. For starters he says he was in the Military yet he was also in College. Not. He says he never used indicators when he did use moving averages a long time ago. He is African-American. He was in fact raised in a ghetto part of Chicago and has a thick accent from that. He never traveled with his so called Military father. He also says he gets in with 10 lots at the same price All.The.Time. Someone asked him about it in his chat and he then said he does get fills that are not at the same price. But what about the last 20 years? Lies. He makes up so much shit it's comical.

You raise some interesting issues involving the mind cult versus the science. I have a science degree related to infectious diseases but I have professional / personal experience with the military...a form of mind cult. Thus, I'm very aware of how governments, institutions, employers can control those below them. By the way, I do remember early into the Pandemic that media announced Russia had developed a Covid-19 vaccine...similar to China announcing such too...almost in the same month. If such was true, I would expect VIP wanting early access to such but other VIP that were scared would just hunker down, stay out of the public and take the Canary in the Coal Mine approach via letting others take the vaccine first and then see what happens to them over a few months or year before they take the vaccine.
