Canada is currently reviewing / considering to do the same. https://www.newswire.ca/news-releas...ealth-care-during-the-pandemic-830431615.html The United States should do the same for all the their refugees working on the frontline in the healthcare system to take care of Covid-19 patients whom are American citizens especially when there's an ongoing growing shortage in the healthcare system because of the Pandemic. In addition, not discussed...many U.S. / Canada border nurses that cross the border daily / weekly to work in the U.S. hospitals will soon be given comparable pay to keep them in Canada even the ones working two jobs...one in Canada and one in United States. They will be offer pay that equals both jobs to keep them in Canada. Some of the latter are not even citizens of Canada. Seriously, pay that equals both jobs plus immediate citizenship into Canada...that will make them very happy to continue helping Canadians stricken with Covid-19. wrbtrader
Won't happen in such a barbaric, uncivilized, and racist country. Just read some of the anti-minority comments in this forum.
Doubt it'd happen in the UK aswell, fighter pilots from Poland fought well and got returned. No good deed goes unpunished or rewarded
That's the main reason why I like this Politics section. In the trading threads about trading...its very difficult to know whom you're really talking too about trading. Yet, the Politics thread...sheds more light on members of this forum and makes you wonder if they have the ability to leave behind that racist attitude when they're trading. Thus, I'm a strong believer that there are connections between how we approach trading with how we approach personal issues (e.g. politics) in our lives. I've stated since Day 1 of the Covid-19 Pandemic...it will expose peoples strengths and weaknesses...on a personal level, professional level and political level just as all the other Pandemics before it. That's what Pandemics do and will do it again in the next Pandemic. wrbtrader
"China will overtake the United States to become the world's biggest economy in 2028, five years earlier than previously estimated due to the contrasting recoveries of the two countries from the COVID-19 pandemic, a think tank said. "For some time, an overarching theme of global economics has been the economic and soft power struggle between the United States and China," the Centre for Economics and Business Research said in an annual report published on Saturday." https://www.businesstoday.in/current...ry/426084.html
