Where did you hear that? That would start about 60% infected and I don't think we have reached 5%. According to Worldometers we are at 1.3%, but I overcounted it for you.

I am not sure why I keep responding to you, must be the liquor...

Just to prove the OP wrong, today is the first day when the daily deathrate has gone over 1K again, after 6 or so weeks being under it. Right now it is 1.1K still an hour of reporting to go.

Counting the 4-5 weeks lag between infection and death and reporting it, we can be looking forward at least a month of 1K/day or more deathrate, and at least 40K dead between today and Sept 1st. Wouldn't be surprised if we hit 60K, thus making it to 200K without counting the unaccounted extra dead.

So no, Covid is not over....Don't have to believe me:

Sweden is really looking good for the long term. Very likely near or at herd immunity now on this strain. They've done great work on this aspect of this "crisis".

Must be due to more testing.

Sure. So the 1.5% reported maybe at 15% in real life, that is still a bit away from 60%.

You just can't catch a break, can you? :)

How come you don't believe the Dear Leader? Only when he is pushing your agenda? And no Sweden is not close to herd immunity either.

Business can't even keep up with the spreading:

Now B1, I couldn't fail to notice that in your last 20 or so posts the only logically/factually valid argument was, "let it run its course." Other than that, you made no point that can be used in a normal debate. You either used invalid (irrelevant, untrue, fallacy) talking points or fake facts.(aka lies)

I didn't expect more, but at least you could try improving. I suggest from now on just stick to the "let it run its course", and even though it is morally reprehensible, at least that approach is in character for you.

Yeah, and the earth is not round but flat.

Sweden 559 deaths per 1 million
And herd immunity seems to work only temporary for as far as they know now.

This what the expert in Sweden thinks:
"The architect behind Sweden’s coronavirus plan even said he wasn’t sure if the relaxed approach is working.

“I’m not convinced at all,” Anders Tegnell, Sweden’s state epidemiologist, told the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet on May 1."

Looking for a good answer to this question----"Why are Sweden's new case and new death totals so low now?"
