A Fed trade court has no authority over the Executive Branch. The only court in The Constitution is SCOTUS. And they have no real authority over The Executive Branch either as they have no enforcement arm. Generally, The Executive Branch complies with SCOTUS but not all the time. As I have said before, it's not just SCOTUS that determines constitutionality. The Executive Branch and The Legislative Branch also may determine this. I would just ignore this decision. It has not merit nor teeth. As to The Alien act, it is irrelevant. Trump doesn't need that act to remove illegals.
In a popular quotation that is believed to be apocryphal, President Andrew Jackson reportedly responded: "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!"
Appeals Court Smacks Down Tariff Ruling In Major Win For Trump https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/br...n-tariff-ruling-in-major-win-for-trump-micca/ The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit stated in a brief order that it is granting the administration’s request for an immediate administrative stay “to the extent that the judgments and the permanent injunctions entered by the Court of International Trade in these cases are temporarily stayed” for the time being. The ruling temporarily halts the federal trade court’s decision to block many of President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
The general trading plan has developed now with good clarity. Dont wait for MSM news..wait for Trump's explosive Rant and threat news..look for a sell-off (any size sell-off will do)..then buy THE FCK outta the sell-off..based on the "Taco Trade" We dont rally..we wait for the Trump explosion..then we buy the algo infused sell-off. The algos havent seemed to learn yet that ITS NOT real news and its "never gonna happen" My grampa used to rant and explode...then we would wait til he fell asleep infront of the TV and take the keys to his cadillac and $20 from his wallet and go down to Drag Strip and eat Tacos. Grampa always chickened out and Tacos were always on his tab
I thought @Baron put the ixnay on all this political bs above the equator. You're all temporarily banned.
Somehow you think people voting does not count as democracy and somehow voter participation rate no matter their cognitivie abilities should matter more.
The United States is not a direct democracy and there is good reason for this. Yes... it is too advanced for most members of this site.
Like any good dictatorship, if you want to ensure near total voting you need to threaten your electorate, with fine or prison. Citizens of the US take their democracy for granted and most don't ever vote. It's not unusual to see officials elected with 25% of the electorate. It's shameful but still a vote by the people.
