Fuck that. Nice “crabwalk.” The prosecution can share requested information if they want to or show the evidence they have amassed to provoke a plea deal or whatever they want, but they are under no obligation to while the target is under investigation.

You take the L. Summarily dismissed. Flynn gets sentenced on January 28th.

Dude is wrapped a bit tight because he knows the impeachment thing is an air ball. He is exhibiting "unjustified certitude"... everything is one way or another with no shades between.

It makes you wonder what the collective left will do upon acquittal. Nadler says he will just start another impeachment. Credibility doesn't seem to be necessary. They're just swinging a gavel now, damn the torpedoes.

The left has an appointment with the National Guard but they will tear up a few cities before that occurs.

It’s a bad week for tree, he thought Flynn’s argument that he was entitled to discovery while under investigation would get his plea thrown out and Flynn would walk away free.

I told him it wouldn’t happen and now he’s crying. He gets like this.

As to you Mr. Big Brain, antenna-man try reading context before you jump in. I actually don’t like dunking on you.

You're doing a fine job of making a fool of yourself. Not sure you need any assist.

The antenna thing bothers you. Maybe you understand that it means I will be active no matter how remote the location assuming I can ever get the hell out of here.

IG Horowitz Tells Senate: I Did Not Say No Political Bias in FBI Investigation

Hawley: Was it your conclusion that there was — that political bias did not affect any part of the [former FBI lawyer Lisa] Page investigation, any part of Crossfire Hurricane? Is that what you concluded?

Horowitz: We did not reach that conclusion.

Hawley: Because I could have sworn — in fact, I know for a fact that I’ve heard that today from this committee. But that’s not your conclusion?

Horowitz: We have been very careful, in connection with the FISAs, for the reasons you mentioned, to not reach that conclusion, in part — as we’ve talked about earlier — the alteration of the email, the text messages associated with the individual who did that, and our inability to explain or understand what — to get good explanations so that we could understand why this all happened.

NSA Director Rogers Disclosed FISA Abuse Days After Page Warrant Was Issued

On March 9, 2016, Department of Justice (DOJ) oversight personnel learned that the FBI had been employing outside contractors who had access to raw Section 702 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) data, and retained that access after their work for the FBI was completed.

This information was disclosed in a 99-page FISA court ruling on April 26, 2017, that was declassified by Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats.

That wasn’t an isolated incident and the improper access granted to outside contractors “seems to have been the result of deliberate decisionmaking” (footnote – page 87).
