    The truth is usually lame. Not exciting like saying Epstein was murdered.

    Amirite?

  9. We all get that the memo has gone out to the lefty media to refer to the FBI attorney who is allegedly being referred for prosecution as "a low-level attorney." Low-level is the operative word that you are supposed to be inculcating right as we speak.

    But that "low-levelness" has not really been established yet, has it? Might turn out that he could also be properly described as the primary FBI attorney assigned to the Russian collusion case. We shall see. I am sure that if it turns out that that is the case, that he will absolutely still be referred to as a low-level attorney by the media.

    And yes this a link from "Epoch Times" so if it turns out that the attorney involved is not Clinesmith as other sites have reported, then just dismiss everything in it. But......if it is, he ain't no low-level lawyer in the FBI.
    ================================================

    A former FBI attorney reportedly referred for criminal prosecution by Department of Justice Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz—for allegedly altering an email connected to the surveillance warrant on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page—was assigned in early 2017 as “the primary FBI attorney assigned” to the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into alleged Russian election interference.

    The lawyer, who has been identified as Kevin Clinesmith in media reports, had been incorrectly portrayed by many members of the media as a “low-level” or junior member of the FBI’s legal team.

    Text messages obtained by Horowitz, covered in a June 2018 report, showed that Clinesmith had a strong bias against Trump, texting “Viva le resistance” following Trump’s election as well as: “my god damned name is all over the legal documents investigating his staff.”

    Clinesmith worked on both the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the Trump-Russia investigation. He would also later become a member of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team and was one of the FBI officials—along with FBI Agent Peter Strzok—who was removed by Mueller after IG Horowitz discovered FBI

    Those of us who read the non-Hearstian press and media, and keep up, had an informed inkling of how the Horowitz report would come out. Were I in a charitable mood, I'd let this pass without commenting. But I am not in that mood right now. You are are an idiot to let yourself be taken in by the disinformation attack that is our social media. Rely on the mainstream press, NY Times, WaPo, Vanity Fair, and all the other non-Hearstian, editorially reviewed news and commentary outlets, which includes all of the mainstream media except for Fox, which is Hearstian. Do that, and Tune Out the Russian narrative, and you'll be just fine.
