McCabe has a lawsuit against the DOJ. What DAG did they meet with? Which division?

  2. Jeffrey Rosen, who is Rosenstein's replacement. Even though I know it was Rosen, I believe that there is only one Deputy Attorney General anyway.

Look, we got it. All is well with Andy in your view.

    Until it isn't.

    Snarkhund

Conspiracy against the Office of the President of the United States, materially manufacturing false evidence, promulgation of false evidence to a FISA judge in the fraudulent pursuit of a FISA warrant, illegal release of classified information, conspiratorial release of fraudulent information to the media as a few examples.

All may be well, there May be some minor things or there may be some wild crazy stuff. I really don’t know. I doubt there is what you are looking for but you never know. And you can’t even explain what you’re looking for.

You’re getting all the personnel reviews you want you just don’t know what they should be investigating, and neither do they because they are on an actual witch hunt. But I’m ok with that. You want to enter the noble profession of law enforcement and be a federal public servant, that’s fine and there are high standards.

I just wanted to make clear what I suspected, that no one knows what Horowitz is actually looking into and that you guys on the right are more emotionally attached to these investigations and hoping and praying they find something.

That’s fine but like I said I expect a lot of grown men on the right and Fox News crying in the end.

Lol. That’s quite a list. Ok. So who did what related to each charge? Or at least as much as you can explain. To be fair there is a lot of charges you listed and it would take a number of attorneys to keep everything in order.

  6. Comey is one confused, messed up mofo.

He has donated 30K to the dem party this cycle.

All while the 2016 nominee continues to identify him as the single most important reason why a dem president is not in the white house today.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE CLASS?

He played his little game but there have been no winners. He got Mueller appointed and damaged Trump enormously, but he also ended out inviting more scrutiny of his actions than he ever anticipated. He may not be in jail yet but he has blown both legs off of his reputation and legacy as an FBI director. Wasn't supposed to go that way. He thought he was just tossing crap over the wall to his law school buddy and then his mentor/buddy Mueller would go to work damaging Trump and restoring his alleged boy scout image. The first part went well, except Trump is still there and might even be there for another term. The second part of his plan shit the bed completely. He could have just been canned or resigned and gone off as just another person having another flap with Trump, as Sally Yates did. (there will be more to come on her but at least she did not try to get cute the way Comey did and have it blow up. I mean after she was fired. She played games while she was there).

Here is a question for the tard-centric ones here: Do you think Comey is feeling so peppy and happy with the outcome of his little scheme that he would do it over again if he could rewind the clock? Nevermind.

And there is MORE TO COME for Comey too, so this discussion should not be treated like a final after-action report. If they indict McCabe he will turn his guns even harder on to Comey if he thinks Comey is skating while he is being indicted.

I’ve been trying figure out what you are talking about with McCabe because I’m not sure you understand and what I came by was an analysis of McCabe and his lawyers meeting with Rose by of all people Benjamin Wittes.

For those who do not know Wittes he is very much on the justice beat and either owns or edits writes I don’t know Lawfare blog which is big in the Justice circles.

He actually thinks McCabe will be indicted based off n the Rosen meeting for something related to lack of candor related to his releasing information to the Wall Street journal for of all things, you guessed it, the Clinton investigation.

For those that don’t know about this, there was a time when Republican politicians were going to the media claiming the fbi was not actively investigating Clinton and the email stuff so McCabe, like Comey, bent to political pressure and released info that was damaging to Clinton- that she was in fact under active investigation.

Also, for anyone that does not know Wittes and Comey are personal friends and yes Comey and McCabe are beefing and so Rosenstien and all of them too. So take all of this with a grain of salt.

  9. Note how comey and the tards cherrypicked their quote above "to the media."

Horowitz did however find that he leaked, just not to the media. He leaked classified documents and internal documents to both his attorney and to his law school buddy.

The independent INSPECTOR GENERAL APPOINTED BY OBAMA, produced a 70 page plus report describing in page after page how the Director of the FBI "SET A DANGEROUS EXAMPLE FOR THE FBI." Now, right on schedule the tards appear to tell us that there is nothing to see there. It's what they do.

Let me tell ya something. Regardless of which party is elected, Comey the Clown will not be working in the federal government again, or in any outside position that requires a security clearance.

Tsk. Tsk. You’re not telling the whole story. A portion of a memo was marked confidential post facto. That is an important point.

I believe in entirety it was six words.

Comets biggest fault was that he was quick to bend to Republican political pressure and when the time came to actually stand up to a Republican he got steam rolled and had no credibility anywhere.
