Do what Trump pressed for but Walmart and Oracle failed to do...

This time.. have TSLA release the remaining 16% of the shares outstanding and use the $94B to buy the American operations of Tik-Tok and roll all 3 into an entity under the umbrella of Tesla/Twitter/ Tick-Tock.
    "T-cubed" if you will.

Of course Tik-Tok as a whole is probably worth $70B tops to ByteDance, so the American operations could be had for much less since they're gonna get shut-down anyway for being a Chinese spy operation collecting data on tens of millions of young Americans.... so ...

....the remaining $20B or so will be used to Buy TWTR from Elon at 50% less than he paid, just to show his heart is in it, and an actual fair value for that pos dog stock.... bring in the team of GS/JPM/Citi underwriters and lawyers... restructure the whole damn thing, issue new shares... and boda-bing, boda-bang.... all the kids posting dance videos on Tik-Tok will be buying their first, yet to be introduced, entry level (TSLA equivalent of the Volkswagen Bug) in 8 years. Elon will upsell them 8 years later when they grow the f up, turn center-right, and actually work.

  4. I'm not sure I agree. Just guessing, but I would think most Tesla owners would just as soon not have their cars' names associated with the man anymore. Again, just guessing. And, no, I never owned a Tesla.

  6. Why not put the GOP mascot on the hood of the car the way Trans Am did with the screaming chicken.

    This just in:

    https://www.investors.com/etfs-and-...lose-132-5-billion-from-musks-twitter-fiasco/

Tesla's value is down more than 52% since the Twitter buyout was approved on April 25, while the S&P 500 is only off 5.5%. And Tesla stock is off 29% since the deal closed on Oct. 27, much worse than the S&P 500's 6.6% gain in that time. Shares are down again Wednesday, by 3.4% to 155.38.

That's shredding a jaw-dropping amount of wealth for Tesla investors. The value of Tesla is down $339 billion from the Twitter deal's approval and $206 billion from the close.

Investors worry that Musk is so infatuated with Twitter, he's not minding Tesla.

But losses are spreading to Main Street, too, as the giant ETF and mutual fund companies are the next biggest owners. Vanguard, which is forecasting a recession next year, is the No. 2 largest holder of Tesla stock. It owns nearly 7% of the company. And due to that, its shareholders are down nearly $23 billion from the Twitter deal close.

TSLA stock has never been a stock that trades logically.
Watch what happens when it starts creeping up.
The higher it goes, the more shorts that will pile on.
Regardless of the number of shares outstanding because of splits, history has proven the deep pocketed whales can run this thing to the moon on the backs of shorts.

Lets put all politics aside... it may go lower... but it will bounce, and when it does, those of you that have been around awhile and know how the game of algorythms with deep pockets work, know that the trap will once again be set.

If folks want to see TSLA trade at a PE of Ford or GM... then don't bait the trap when it spikes up.
It's all numbers and which whales have the deepest pockets. But if no shorts jump in on a few large upspikes... it will go down. Maybe that will happen, maybe it won't... but make no mistake... the stock is a rigged slot machine.

  9. I am not really concerned about Tesla but I am glad twitter hasn’t shut down yet. Everyone on my TL was going crazy and sharing their other handles thinking twitter will disappear into thin air!

  10. I don’t think that’s ever happening. Elon operates differently from the majority of today's successful people. He never stops working toward his greater goal.
