Cot report excel model

Hi I'm posting from Italy
I'm looking for an excel model to elaborate the Cot report data's, I've got one but I'm not satisfied at all, I'd like that you give a look to it, any opinion and advices are appreciated.
Even better if someone can show me the one that he is currently using.
