TGT dropped 9% today after earning. COST has been following WMT in price direction. WMT is overvalued now but at least there is a reason for that. WMT is doing amazing job in online sales. It is really competing with AMZN and because of that AMZN will go much lower. Basically they are killing each other and their margin will go lower. However COST is not like WMT. They are selling in bulks for families. Their sales ads are nothing compared to WMT and AMZN. They sell good products at reasonable prices. Exactly like TGT. Just imagine it drops 10%. It will be $17 drop. It will not happen tomorrow (and maybe it will). I am ready for that. Are you? It does not need the market to crash for that to happen. It could happen in a normal average sunny market day.
