What are some cost effective ways to remain currency neutral in terms of USD/CDN. I realize there was a similar thread a few weeks back, but most posts were very vague generalizations - e.g., it only costs $0.015 for every $1000 hedged. Very few details on cost effective ideas, aside from futures contracts.
